The MacKillop Cross had laid on the tomb of Blessed Mary of the Cross MacKillop overnight |

|
It was transferred to St Mary’s Cathedral for Solemn Mass
|
|
Departs from the Cathedral with a blessing for the Pilgrimage. |
|
|
The MCP’s first stop was at the Convent and nursing
home at North Goulburn (NSW) - an establishment of the Federation of Josephites
- where it was warmly received by the Sisters and wider community. |
|
|
| A liturgical reception of the MacKillop Cross, including private veneration, was followed by a
‘high tea’ and general celebration and a sense of privilege and gratitude. |
